Best experience I have had getting a tooth pulled with infection. I have a hard time with numbing, and Dr. Travis did it on the first try. I am 4.5 hours from home on vacation, and they got me in the same day. I would almost drive this for every appointment. The friendliness and care were that great. They even kept an eye on my 4 kiddos I had with me while on vacation. You guys, Rock!

The absolute best experience at a dental office in my entire life. Haven't been to the doctor in over ten years, went to great lakes took fantastic care of my teeth. They explained everything perfectly for my understanding. Have gotten multiple crowns and one root canal didn't even feel a thing. If you have severe anxiety they can accommodate. I was put under gas didn't notice a thing when they put shots in for numbing. Great team of dentists and assistants

Best dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind, professional, and efficient. Julie was my hygienist today and she is great. Explains clearly what she is doing and why. Very friendly but not in an annoying way. Excellent, up to date technology. Easy scheduling. All staff is always helpful and efficient. Have gone out of my way to recommend to friends and family because of such positive experiences.

This place is wonderful, and I can't say enough about the sincere empathy and amazing treatment you will receive if you go here. I had not gone to the dentist for some years in my college time, and went here just trying to get back on the horse with my dental care. If I'm being honest, I was terrified of what they'd tell me, and going through the various procedures that might be required to get me back on track. Not only did they not judge me for having lapsed in my care, but they also were very informative in helping me understand my condition as well the steps I needed to take to get back to right. I've now undergone several serious procedures including an implant--which can be a painful process at certain steps--, and have felt completely cared for with all of them. Any and all pain, discomfort, or anxiety I felt was handled beautifully and ultimately addressed by the staff at Great Lakes Dental Care. They can do most everything on-site, which makes it quicker and less complicated overall. They even use state of the art technology like laser incisions to give you the best treatment and experience possible. Not only do they excel at more complex oral operations, they also are good with standard cleanings. You're in and out quite quick--very little waiting--, and the hygienists are knowledge and kind making the process as painless as can be. Bottom line, if you're looking for a dentist, whether some years after not going like me, or else looking to switch; going to Great Lake Dental Care is not a choice you'll regret.

Charged me $100 to cancel and appointment when I had got an appointment reminder on Saturday and tried to cancel a Monday appointment but it was Saturday so I couldn't give better notice. Talked to a lady and she said that I no call no showed when I actually called first thing Monday to reschedule. Instead of finding a way to work with me for the balance, lady demanded full payment before I could be seen again and couldn't seem to care less. Not friendly people, don't recommend. Canceled my appointment that the previous person had scheduled for me and canceled my two kids appointment as well.

First of all, I am not one to write reviews. But after yesterday's experience, I need to. I love the whole staff at this office. While getting prepped for a crown yesterday, Dr. Spavor and Raven went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and that I was comfortable during the whole procedure. They were kind, thoughtful and patient while it was going on and they explained everything to me. My only regret is that I did not start going to this office sooner than I did.
